Request data deletion
AnyGoal does not require an app account. Your habits, check-ins, streak history, notes, photos and Focus sessions stay on your device.
Data on your device
You can delete individual habits in AnyGoal. To remove all local app data, use your device’s app-storage controls or remove the app and its data. These actions remove history from that device, so keep a backup first if you want to retain it. Remove exported backups separately from the places where you saved them. Apple or Google manages any device-level backups.
Ask us about service records
Email apptuneslabs@gmail.com with the subject “AnyGoal data deletion request”. Tell us whether you use iOS or Android and what records you want removed. For purchase records, we may ask for an order reference or another identifier needed to find the relevant record. Do not send a password or payment-card details.
We will review your request, identify the records we can locate and handle applicable deletion through our service providers. Some technical records cannot be linked to your email address. We will explain any identification or retention limits that apply. A request does not automatically delete every provider’s records.
What may be retained
Purchase or subscription records needed for billing, legal obligations or fraud prevention may be retained by the relevant provider. Google and Apple manage their own store records and device backups. Removing app data or requesting deletion does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store’s subscription settings if needed.
