Delete your account
& cloud history
Accounts are optional and available only in AnyGoal versions offering Pro sync. You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete inside AnyGoal
Open Settings → Your account & sync → Delete cloud account. Verify the linked sign-in method and confirm. Your cloud habits, check-ins, notes, reminder definitions and completed Focus history, together with the Firebase sign-in account, are removed. Linked Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked. If interrupted, reconnect and retry deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email apptuneslabs@gmail.com with the subject “AnyGoal account deletion request”. Include your platform, sign-in method and account email (or Apple private relay email, if known). Tell us whether you want the full cloud account removed or have a request about particular identifiable service records. We verify account ownership before deleting data and will reply with any verification steps or retention limits. Never send a password, verification code or payment-card details. Having an active Pro subscription is not required to request account deletion.
What remains
The local history and photos on your devices remain unless you remove them there. Exported backups and operating-system backups are managed separately. A minimal cloud deletion marker rejects unexpired tokens. RevenueCat/store purchase records needed for purchases, restoration or applicable legal requirements and provider security logs may be retained under their policies; we assess additional identifiable-record deletion requests through support. Deleting an app account does not cancel a subscription: manage cancellation in the store that bills you.
Earlier app versions and local data
Versions without account sync store habit history locally. Remove individual habits in the app, or remove the app and its data to remove local history. Save a manual backup first if you want to keep it. Uninstalling alone does not delete a cloud account in versions with sync.
